Getting started

When will Zorila be available?

Zorila is coming soon to iPhone. A release date hasn’t been announced yet. We’ll share launch details on this website.

What makes Zorila different?

Zorila brings workout planning, quick set logging and progress tracking into one focused iPhone app. Reuse previous weights and reps, follow a routine that fits your week and choose the dashboard widgets that matter to you.

Will Zorila be free?

Pricing and any paid features will be confirmed before launch. We’ll share those details here so you can decide whether Zorila is right for you.

What devices are supported?

Zorila is built for iPhone and requires iOS 17 or later. Live Activities can show elapsed workout time on the Lock Screen, with Dynamic Island support on compatible iPhones.

Do I need lifting experience?

No. Guided setup asks about your goals, experience and training days, then suggests a starting routine. You can review the exercises and schedule before accepting it, and change them to suit you.

Do I need an account?

Yes. You’ll need an account to use Zorila and sync your workout history. An internet connection is needed to create an account or sign in; once signed in, you can log workouts without a connection.

Logging and planning

Will it work with my equipment?

Zorila includes more than 150 exercises covering barbells, dumbbells, machines, cables, bodyweight movements and cardio. You can also add custom exercises and choose the movements that suit your available equipment.

Can I use my existing routine?

Yes. Choose the option to use your own routine during setup. You can create workout templates for the exercises you already do and assign them to your preferred training days.

Can I build my own workouts?

Yes. Start an empty workout or save a reusable template with your chosen exercises. Organise templates into folders, set their training days and edit them as your routine changes.

How do training programmes work?

Choose a programme such as Push/Pull/Legs, Upper/Lower or 5×5 to add a folder of workout templates. You can adjust the exercises and schedule. Setting a programme as active makes its scheduled workouts appear in Today’s Plan.

How do I reuse my previous weights and reps?

During a strength workout, tap the “Last” column beside a set to fill in the weight and reps from the corresponding set in your previous session. Keep those values or adjust them for today. Previous values need to exist for that exercise and set.

Is there a rest timer?

Yes. The in-app rest timer can start automatically when you complete a set. Choose a default duration, adjust the remaining time and select an optional sound in settings. The Lock Screen Live Activity shows elapsed workout time, not the rest countdown.

Can I track cardio and bodyweight exercises?

Yes. Cardio entries let you record duration, distance and calories. Bodyweight movements can be logged alongside your lifting exercises, so your training stays in one workout history.

Can I edit or delete past workouts?

Yes. Open a saved session to edit its sets, reps and weights, or delete the session. Your workout history, stats and charts reflect the saved changes.

How do workout reminders work?

Enable reminders and choose a time to receive notifications on your scheduled training days. When a programme is active, reminders follow its templates; otherwise, they follow all scheduled, non-archived templates. Notifications require your permission.

Progress and personalisation

How does progress tracking work?

For strength exercises, Zorila shows maximum-weight trends, estimated one-rep max, session volume and personal records. Training heatmaps and weekly sets by muscle group help you review consistency and training balance. Cardio entries retain the duration, distance and calories you log.

Can I choose what appears on my dashboard?

Yes. Add, remove and reorder Profile widgets to focus on the information you find useful, including your training heatmap, personal bests and weekly sets by muscle group. You can also log body weight and add a widget to follow your trend and goal.

Can I personalise how the app looks?

Yes. Choose a true-black, charcoal or light appearance, along with one of six accent colours. You can customise the Profile dashboard layout separately.

Does Zorila work with Apple Health?

Yes. Enable the Apple Health integration in settings and grant permission to save completed workouts to Health. The integration is optional.

Accounts and data

Can I use Zorila offline?

Yes. Once signed in, you can log workouts, browse history already saved on your phone and use your saved templates without a connection. Changes are saved locally, and Zorila attempts to sync pending changes when you’re connected again. Check the sync status to confirm they’ve reached your account.

What happens if the app closes during a workout?

Zorila saves your unfinished workout on your phone, including entered weights, reps and set completion status. Reopen the app with the same account to continue. This recovery is for the same device; an unfinished workout isn’t transferred through cloud sync.

Where is my data stored?

Your workout data is saved on your iPhone and synced to your account. Cloud data access is restricted to your account. In settings, you can export a backup or request permanent account deletion. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

What happens if I get a new iPhone?

Sign in with the same account to download workouts and templates that have successfully synced. Before switching phones, check that sync has completed. You can also save a backup file for later restoration. Changes that only exist on the old phone won’t appear automatically on the new one.
