By accessing or using the Zorila mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

Zorila provides a fitness tracking platform that includes workout logging, training programs, progress analytics, and goal and streak tracking. The App is designed to help users log their training, follow structured programs, and track their progress over time.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users under 18 must have parental consent.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Collect or harvest information about other users
• Use the App to spam, harass, or abuse others

5. Health and Medical Disclaimer

Zorila is a fitness tracking tool and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program or making changes to your fitness routine. We are not responsible for any injuries, health issues, or adverse effects that may result from using the App or following any workout programs or recommendations.

6. Subscription and Payment

Zorila offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Premium subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Refunds are provided in accordance with applicable app store policies.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the exclusive property of Zorila and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our express written permission.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the App (such as workout logs and notes). By submitting content, you grant Zorila a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the App. You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you submit.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zorila and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zorila and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease, and we may delete your account and data.

12. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises out of or relates to these Terms or your use of the App, we encourage you to contact us first at support@zorila.app so we can try to resolve it informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including any right you may have to bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom in which you live.

13. Governing Law

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
